This dental office is awesome! From the initial scheduling call, the staff have been patient, kind, and compassionate. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. My kiddos (5 and 6 years old) visited this office for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone they encountered treated them with respect and kindness and answered their questions and concerns.

The office itself is beautiful. Their process is well-put together. They do X-rays yearly and give toothbrushes at the end of each visit. My kiddos enjoyed the process and the office very happy and comfortable! Strongly recommend, especially for children!

The dentist I had been seeing up and retired out of nowhere. Had an appointment scheduled to get some teeth pulled. They called me less than 24 hours before to tell me the dentist would not be in the office the rest of the week and would call me to reschedule. Without receiving a call to reschedule after two weeks, I called back to see about scheduling my teeth to be pulled.

This is when the receptionist decided to inform me that the dentist wasn’t working there anymore. Now I have to wait to see if the other dentist at the practice will be able to accommodate me or need to be referred to a specialist. What makes it even more frustrating is the fact I needed to get these teeth pulled before my work picked up for the season and would be unable to have the teeth pulled for another 8 months.

They were quick to get me in. I had to have an emergency root canal. Dr Beckermeyer was gentle and explained my options to me. He gave me referrals to go to for my root canal. The staff understood my extreme anxiety issues with dentists.

All the staff were very professional and caring. I highly recommend this place. I am going to make them my permanent dentist as my previous dentist is no longer in practice.

I had a great experience my first time visiting today. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff explained things well. Everyone was friendly, competent and accommodating. The facility is clean and high-tech. Highly recommended - 5 stars.
