The moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly Hello from the staff. Doctor Lowrey and her team put me at ease before, during and after my cavity fillings. They take their time to explain the steps, putting you at ease. I’m not a fan of dental work, who is?!, but definitely a fan of the Beyond Smiles team. The delicious complementary lip balm is a bonus!

Stay away from them, my wife went for routine 6 months cleaning service, while on the chair hygienist said I'll do x-rays so she did Complete Series of Radiographic Images that is limit only to 1 every 24 months and our insurance didn't cover because it was already one performed by same dentist in last 24 months, first of all she didn't check benefits and service history to make sure it will be covered, she didn't explain why she is doing Complete Series of xrays and now we've receive bill for $122!, my wife called office manager and was told it's in patients responsibility to check if service is covered and sent us a bill 15 minutes later via email, after seeing her next day in person she said they do check eligibility and benefits as courtesy before completing "Complete Series of Radiographic Images" service. Finally she voided our invoice but no apology only stating it was miscommunication. . . Please make sure to ask each time they do x-rays for You to ask them if they checked eligibility for Code D0210, "Complete Series of Radiographic Images" is covered. They just tried to bill my wife for their mistake for not doing their job part, both Dental Clinic manager and hygienist person with 20 years work experience, They should already both now what they are doing.
