I called Big and Little Smiles early yesterday afternoon, as I had broken a tooth. I did not expect to be seen immediately, but the woman I talked with on the phone (Emily?) told me they would like to get that taken care of for me right away, even though I was a new patient. So, by 3:00, I was sitting in the dentist's chair, with Dr. Dawn and her assistant taking excellent care of me.

My husband and I have not been to the dentist for several years, due to unpleasant experiences we had with a hygienist where we used to go. I was so happy with the care I received here, from the moment I was greeted as I walked into the bright, clean waiting room to good-byes as I left. I have definitely found our new dentist!

I came to this office a year ago and had the best experience ever. I actually enjoy going to the dentist for my cleaning and exams. Everyone was very kind and helpful when I was trying to clarify my insurance. Once I was able to get things situated with my insurance I was told to come back in 6 months. I came back 6 months later and to my surprise had the same insurance mix up.

Eventually I was told my insurance wasn't excepted here and I was so sad about it because I really enjoyed my experience there. I was hoping to make this my dental office for good. Great experience, if your insurance is accepted there I highly suggest you go .

Brought my kids here for their first dentist visit and staff was so friendly and patient with the kids. Even my 1 year old had a pleasant experience. Will be returning!

Staff are unorganized especially when it’s a full house. Not kid-friendly, small spacing, cluttered, and when need to be notified they don’t do a good job before wasting your time and gas. Dentist all seem very new except 1 she was good with my son, but she doesn’t do well with explaining for people who didn’t go to dental school.

If you are new to the area they are okay for starters, but once you’ve became familiar with the area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND finding a better place. Update::: I found out from my insurance company that they was charging me fraudulently with services they never provided! So please ask for receipts once you are done with your services and double check with your insurance company after every visit.
