I would never recommend this dentist office. Close to 10 years ago, I went for a teeth cleaning here, and they recommended replacing the cap I had on a tooth. They drilled too deep, and after a night of excruciating pain where I cried instead of sleeping, I called off work to be there before they opened the next morning. They realized they had drilled too deep and then did an emergency root canal.

That tooth has literally never been the same, I can not eat OR drink on that entire side of my mouth. The crown they put on has to be misshapen/placed incorrectly or something- it "pops" (I hear and feel it) at any temperature change (such as drinking water or exposure to air). I can't even eat applesauce on that side of my mouth. The pain is excruciating every single day.

The experience I had at this office essentially has ruined my ability to: -close my mouth (sharp pain) -open my mouth (air hurts it) -eat food regardless how soft it is -let liquid of any temperature hit that side of my mouth. Again, I would not recommend this dentist office, and I love going to the dentist (teeth cleanings are an under-rated luxury).

Staff were so very friendly and informative. Both Dr Cao and the hygienist, Darla, were delightful and personable... explained everything in detail as they went. Each fully engaged with both my son and daughter during their cleanings. The kids are loving our new dentist! Highly recommend!

I have had a bunch of work done in this office over years. When it came time that I didn’t have insurance and just needed my teeth cleaned, they would not just clean my teeth. They wanted to do a whole barrage of things and when I said I would need to find a new dentist. She said that’s fine.

I felt Dismissed and unwanted and would not recommend this office just for these reasons. I will have Insurance again next year and will not be going back.

Dr. Eric Cao was so thorough in repairing my teeth.

He was able to use fillings and make my teeth look just like before! He is both artist and dentist while also using humor to get along with the kids. All of the workers are so incredibly helpful and friendly! I also liked how they were able to work within the bounds of the insurance company requirements to make my payment as low as possible and they even told me what my portion would be before the visit! I highly recommend!
