I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning via dentalquest and the receptionist who answered was extremely rude when advising me they were not taking new patients. Maybe you should advise them you aren’t actually taking new patients even though it says you are? Hope your day gets better!

This office has no reminders of appointments and if u miss a few because of school and health issues they discontinue service as a medically changed parent trying to raise a child by myself I don't always do well with remembering and there is alot going on but with explanation they were heartless and I will never ever tell anyone to go here nor pr omote this business because they don't care about the patients they are just there for a paycheck, so if there was a negative rating, that's what they would get. .

Terrible place. They say they look at the circumstances if you miss any appointments, but thats total BS. I missed 2 appointments, due to weather. (I dont have a car, and have to walk everywhere I go. ) I tried scheduling a Medicaid ride, and they were either fully booked, or said that it had to be scheduled 3 days in advance. (Which is what I tried doing, and of course with my luck, it didnt happen. ) So I managed to get in at Aspen dental last year. Finally got the 6 broken teeth pulled that had been bothering me for years, and this year.

I try to schedule a appointment with BWD, and they give me this line about it cant be until June cause of the missed appointments. But they never even stopped to think about the weather I would have had to walk there and back in. Which was torrential downpour of rain and almost 30-40 mph winds. I would have froze in that chair, or at the very least, shook so much it would be hard to do any dental work. And then, i would of course have to walk back home. (Which is a little over a mile. ) In the same weather. Its easy to turn people away when its not “convenient” for you.

Not everyone has a car, not everyone is able to get stuff “handed” to them. And for this to be a supposed “Christian” dental practice, they dont seem that way to me. It seems like they pick and choose who they want to help, and people that have ALWAYS struggled, get run over and told they I was “disrespectful” to one of the workers. Which is also total BS. So this little “letter” they sent me, I honestly couldnt care less about. They pick and choose who they wanna help, they dont help the people that ACTUALLY need help.

I'm not happy with this business. I had a tooth removal here I say close to a year ago. I was scheduled for another and came down with covid the weekend and appointment was Monday. I called was a answering machine. It stated leave message and they would call back. I did and explained I had covid. I never received a call back. Now I broke a tooth called and voice mail is full.
