I had an amazing experience at Bingham Dental today. Izzy was very professional and friendly, she not only provided the service I needed as she went above and beyond. They are like family. My family have been going to this office for 9 years. The whole staff is caring friendly and amazing. The dentist is honest straight forward but gentle. I love he is also teaches in dental school.
I have always been happy with the care they have giving us. I would never take my kids to anyone else. If your looking for a dentist give them a call you will never find a better one.

I called today to make an appointment. Told the girl who answered the phone, I needed to find out if they took my insurance. She said she wasn't sure if they took it or not. And I would be better off to call my insurance to find out. I let her know that my insurance had told me to call any potential dentist I choose and to first confirm with the dentist office that they took my insurance. So I asked the girl on the phone if there was anyone she could ask. Her reply, "yeah, I really don't have an answer. You are best to just call you insurance". Wow! Clearly I was bothering her to do her job. .
. . Back even just a decade or two ago, an employee couldn't say "I don't know" and potentially lose a client/patient like that, by not knowing the answer. And clearly not putting in any effort to find find out or even care if they lose the new patient. If an employee didn't know the answer to a question a caller had, then they better sure find out an answer! Or they would have been fired. Simple as that. Today? They just simply don't want to be bothered, don't care or both. Many employees just phone it in, doing the minimum they can to keep their job. And this person clearly fit that description. Absolutely SUB PAR service and performance by an employee answering the phone.
I called two other dentist offices, after this call, in Magna and BOTH knew the answer, IMMEDIATELY. They both took the insurance and now Bingham lost our families dental business, because of sub par employee performance. Just like this girl answering at Bingham should have known. Or put in some effort to ask a co worker if she didn't. Is this a bit of a rant? Perhaps. But it seems to be way too common today for employees to ring in the bare minimum at work, just enough, to keep their job. . .
