I went for a tooth extraction. The office staff were friendly and efficient. The dental assistant was friendly, and competent. The dentist was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained the process for extracting the tooth . He had a great personality and the procedure went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this Dental Group!

Everyone was nice but Next time when someone calls and tells you to verify the insurance,and replies its ok, and still not confirm insurance until saying, we don't accept your insurance on the way out the door and bill me a $129 for a consultation. Things did transpire later whereas I give credit thats due. The dentist reimbursed me $65 after they sent me an email to contact them to regarding my concern, therfore i upgraded them from a 1 star to a 3 star.
There explanation was normally they accept my insurance but it changed with the new year. I was enthralled they reached out and must say the staff showed quite a bit of alacrity in their attempt to resolve the matter.

I was referred here by my dentist for an immediate tooth extraction. They got me in same day, and I must say, they did a fabulous job. They made a traumatizing experience much more comfortable, and the whole time, I knew I was in the best of hands. They handle their procedures with confidence which alleviated a lot of my nerves. Thanks again. Look forward to being back soon for my follow up. :)

I had a great experience at Bingham Farms Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I required emergency tooth extraction with sedation and Bingham Farms accommodated quickly. The entire staff was kind, professional and fantastic. My daughters both had their wisdom teeth removed by the same practice and our experience for them was just as great.
