Worst dental experience of my life. First appt I was told I had a 4 cavities which I thought odd because in my entire 60 yrs I've only had 1. When I inquired I was told as we age our enamel weakens. . . ok. . . anyway I also had a cracked tooth. When I went to the appt I told her I had dental anxiety. She numbed me up and started the extraction. Well she didn't have the strength to get it out. At one point she had the assistant hold my head. I had to stop her because it felt like my jaw was breaking. I then heard a loud crack as 1/2 my tooth came out.

She then put a bunch of gauze in my mouth and walked out. Didn't say one word to me. I asked her assistant if we were done. No. I asked if there was a problem? She had other clients to see. She left me sitting there with half a tooth in my mouth for 20 mins . Came back in. Not one word. Finished with the tooth and bone graph ( she insisted I needed). She then just walked out without a word. Not one single word. All she said to the assistant was make sure we get her scheduled for her fillings. By the time she put the couple stitches in I could feel them because my numbing was already wearing off. I went in at 11, left at 1:30. I knew then I wasn't coming back.

Worst bedside manner ever. Anyway, I went to an oral surgeon for the implant. They did a bone scan and pretty much said I didn't need a bone graph. $1,300 wasted. I then went to another dentist for the crown. He was great. I mentioned my cavities. He checked all four teeth, scanned with a camera and didn't find any cavities at all. No decay, no penetration of the enamel. If I had gone back to her she would have filled 4 perfectly heathy teeth and charged me hundreds. I will be filing a complaint. I picked her because it was a woman owned business. How disappointing she tries to scam her clients. My advice would be if you go there, get a second opinion before doing any work.

I genuinely didn’t think it was possible to leave a dentist’s office smiling because of the dental work—but here we are! This was, hands down, my first ever pain-free dental experience, and I’m honestly still a little shocked (in the best way after dental work). From the moment I walked in, the whole vibe was different—bright, cheerful, and somehow… fun? The doctor and her staff are like this magical crew of friendly, upbeat, engaging professionals who actually seem to love what they do. You can feel it! They’re warm, welcoming, and totally put me at ease.

I never thought I’d use the word “delightful” to describe a trip to the dentist, but there it is. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-tier care with genuine joy and zero stress, this is it. Can’t recommend them enough—run, don’t walk (unless you just had your teeth cleaned, then maybe power-walk and show off that smile)! Thanks Dr Bingham-Lester!
