The bitner family is very pleasant and also kid friendly Dr.Bitner is patience take his time and always get the job done I have never had a bad experience he put the B in BEST thanks Bitner family and dental.

I was very disappointed with this dentist, my son had 4 sessions set up to get crowns on his teeth and he canceled the 3rd one for some reason so on my sons 4th appointment he tried to do the work he was supposed to get done on the canceled appointment and the work he was gonna get done on that appointment. It was too much work for my 5 yr old and he was already having a hard time being there due to the last two appointment having a bad experience with him. He started on one side of his mouth which we had a hard time with my son letting him get the job done but he finally calmed down and he was able to finish that side. When he got to the other side the dentist was very aggressive and aggravated with my son, he kept on yelling at him and my son was screaming at this point terrified of this dentist.
The dentist got so aggravated with my son that took the headphones off and threw them across the room as well as the glasses that my son had on. My son is now terrified to go to a dentist. Not to mention that he left two holes on my son teeth because he couldn’t finished the job he was supposed to do. My son was his last appointment of the day his appointment was at 6:00pm.
I feel like he was not professional at all with my son, they never asked me if it was okay for them to do all the work left in that same appointment, it’s not my sons fault the dentist canceled his last appt and now wanted to finish everything in this appointment. I also dnt understand why If he saw that my son was terrified and was crying non stop since he started with the first side of his mouth, why not let him come back on one more appointment and finish the rest of it. He tortured him and yielded at him like that was gonna make him calmed down. This was just an awful experience I will never bring my kids back to that dentist!! It not my sons fault you had a bad day and my sons was your last appointment and that you wanted to rush and finished all of the work that was set up to be done in two more appointments instead of one!

Last year, my youngest had to unfortunately needed teeth removed and a crown. The absolute kindness, understanding and love that was shown really made that experience a good one. Because of that experience, both of my little ones will be seeing him. Everyone there is beyond experienced and have such an incredible understanding of children no matter how young. They work with you, in every aspect, treat your children with so much love and care, support both parents and children. I enter and leave knowing my kids have the best care here.
I’m never left in the dark and know what’s happening or will need to be done every step of the way. When reassurance is needed, they provide it and genuinely. Always happy to answer any questions and calm any nerves. Thank you guys, for everything that you do and continue to do. From the bottom of my heart, I’m grateful.
