Can not say enough for all the gals that work here. I still appreciate everything. I love the work everyone does. I still would not go no where else. I am always so pleased with the level of care I receive. My teeth are hypersensitive and my cleanings are quite a chore for everyone involved! Lottie is absolutely amazing and the patience she shows while cleaning my teeth is amazing.

She is always checking to see how I’m doing and has the novocaine at the ready, in case I need more. Black River Family Dentistry employs the nicest people, and I would recommend them to everyone!

I wish there was no stars…Because this place doesn’t deserve any stars, at all, whatsoever! For my entire childhood into adulthood. I had to deal with Dr. Hamburger’s medical gaslighting. I would bring to her my concerns of how much pain and discomfort a cavity would be causing me.

What would she do? Just ignore my dire concern, and not take me or my symptoms very seriously, at all! Because I already knew that I’d have a cavity; by how much stabbing pain I was in. Yet, again like I was previously saying. She would address it by downplaying the facts, by telling me it was just the start to a cavity. Even though I would show her the aperture(hole) in my tooth.

But she would simply just keep continuing to telling me that it was just the start to a cavity, and that there was no hole in my tooth, and that there was nothing that they could do to help me until the cavity “actually formed”. Which would be by the next appointment or the appointment following when the hole grew big enough they’d see it! But by then I would already usually have another cavity next to that tooth. Because of the prolonging of the care I should have received!
