My daughter and I went in yesterday for a consultation, and were very impressed! From the moment we walked into the beautiful, bright, clean environment, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was very welcoming and informative, and so friendly! We also loved that getting an appointment was very easy and that we could get in for an early morning appointment so we did not have to miss work and school.

Dr. Smith and her staff are so wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The office is very bright, clean, and warm. The staff is extremely patient and took the time to answer all my questions. They take care of everything! Both of my daughters have braces, and their teeth look amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, I feel very uncomfortable being here because of how rude the staff is. At the beginning of my treatment, every visit I had the orthodontist would be joking with surrounding employees about how bad my teeth were while I was right there. I understand that I was in the process of fixing my smile, so they must’ve figured the comments were fine but they genuinely hurt my feelings every time.

You are not able to come in if a bar or bracket breaks, you have to wait till your next appointment to get it fixed. The last time I was here my appointment was ridiculously long because the person taking care of me was trying to run down the clock till the end of their shift.

Just can’t make this stuff up. They never answer the phones we called 8x on our way to office so we could get update and to our shock the office had no one waiting and coincidently lady says after we submitted our name “I was going to return your call you were next in my que this situation has been ongoing since November and no way should it have taken this long. Nobody seems to be able to answer basic questions.

Telling us they waiting on information from insurance about braces. Yet insurance says they haven’t even billed us yet and this a pattern with them. So much so we are making a complaint against this place…Beware of this place wish I could give zero stars
