Do not recommend. Billing is so disorganized. I had a procedure done in November 2019 and wasn't billed for it until mid-pandemic 2020, at which point I had moved away and was no longer on the same insurance, so I wasn't receiving any of the paper mail bills AND the out of pocket cost of the procedure was hiked up higher than if they'd billed me right after the procedure. They never tried to reach out via email or phone and they dont have an online portal either, just kept sending paper bills with late notices during a global pandemic, until my old landlord noticed one stamped FINAL ACTION and forwarded on to me just now in March 2023 thank god. There are other dentists.

Do yourself a favor and go to them instead. Or let your teeth rot. It would be preferable.

I've never interacted with a more unprofessional dental office. Many of these five star reviews mention Dr. Martin, who is no longer with the practice. When Dr. Martin left, they didn't tell me until I was in the chair for my next appointment.

They waited more than five months to send me a bill for a nightguard. When I questioned why it too so long to send me the bill, I was told that they were busy and didn't have a staff member dedicated to billing. When I eventually spoke to Dr. Blake about the bill, she said "if you don't want to pay it, find another dentist" and hung up the phone.

I had an excellent experience being treated by Dr. Greg Martin. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out his way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening while he filled my cavities. I recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist who is not only smart and skilled but also has a calming, personable presence.
