This is my second review since my first magically disappeared. This is now the condensed version. Caucasian receptionist is rude with no warmth. The woman that cleaned my teeth was great. Doctor Yap is terrible. I was told I could address my concerns when the doctor came to exam me. She spent all of 40 seconds with me. She has zero bed side manner.

I was brushed aside as if I didn't matter. My husband has seen her before and he felt the same way. To make matters worse, when he was incapacitated on narcotics this office proceeded to sell him things he didn't need and for whatever reason stole his prescription for a light sedation. I will never come here again and I will make sure my entire family doesn't either. It'd also gross how they have print outs all over their office that if you leave a good review you can get a free drink. Disgusting. This woman shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry.

I’m really disappointed with how this office handled my appointment inquiry. I called to set up a visit, and they took my insurance info, saying they’d call back after verifying it. That call never came. When I followed up, they only quoted me $372 deep cleaning, which I had done previously, but never mentioned that my insurance covers a standard cleaning. I had to find that out myself.

If I hadn’t checked, I might have assumed I had no coverage at all. When I told them I couldn’t afford that and would need to set another time, they still didn’t mention my insurance-covered option. It feels dishonest to only quote the most expensive option without providing full information. Transparency is important, and this experience made me lose trust in their office. That being said, once you get past the front desk issues, the doctors themselves are great, and I would recommend them—but unfortunately, I won’t be returning

Bliss Dental gives great care. All of the staff are kind and professional. I have always received excellent care. I have been going to them for about 3 years now. I am never kept waiting and appreciate their professionalism.
