I had high hopes after reading reviews. Well, not so much of a good experience for me. I was referred to this practice for a root canal. Went in for appointment, took X-rays confirmed I needed root canal.

Whitney said schedule for root canal dentist ( which was not Dr Scott ) was not out yet she would call me Monday. Well Monday cane and went, I called left message, no return call, called again left message, no return call. So, I had appointment for cleaning ( 3 weeks after the initial appointment when Whitney was to return my call ) I go in, she is listening to her phone which was very loud, didn’t acknowledge when I said I called 2 times left message, said she just got schedule from dentist that does root canals and it would be another 3 weeks or so before root canal appointment available. Never turning down her phone, could care less I’ve already waited almost a month.

Told me she give me a referral for someone else, which I informed I already have referral. Needless to say, I didn’t get my teeth cleaned today nor will I be back for anything, if I don’t feel like you care why would I come back? And if you’re not competent enough to call me back, how competent are you to take care of my dental needs?!?! There are plenty of practices in Blue Ash I am sure will be happy to take care of my dental needs.

Dr Scott Knapke was outstanding in creating my root canal crown. With their advanced technology to create the crown it worked perfectly right when he installed it - fit perfectly. He’s very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the many steps involved. We are now changing from our prior dentist to Scott. Plus the office is very new and clean. Highly recommend.

I had an abscessed tooth and they got me in quickly to be assessed, then for an extraction and bone graft. Both the dentist and oral surgeon were friendly, as well as all the staff in the office. The staff’s kindness and fun demeanor lightened the mood and has helped with my dislike of going to the dentist.

They were able to help me put aside my fears and get through the experience with little discomfort and anxiety. Overall I have had a great experience with this dental emergency and with my regular routine care at Blue Ash Modern Dentistry.
