The bad reviews are all real, this place is a scam! I made appointment for teeth cleaning, I don't think Dr. Zhou was cleaning for me, It was probably the assistance. Even though my medicare covers cleaning but this cleaning was done HORRIBLE. I probably clean better using my Philips toothbrush LOL :) They made me wait 20 minutes after cleaning and only spend 10 minutes actually cleaning. Then the doctor shows up after 20 minutes recommending me to buy invaslign because she said my teeth is not straight.

I told her half year ago that I don't have the budget to spend on invaslign and still trying to convince me buy it. This dentist is a SCAM, they only care about money not quality. Please don't come.

I visited this dental clinic at my family’s suggestion, and I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience. Dr. Zhou is extremely polite and kind to her patients. The demeanor of her and her staff made me feel welcomed. I had two wisdom teeth removed and experienced no pain or complications afterwards.

I also need to give special shoutouts to the dental hygienist lady that is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is very professional and thorough and spent over 90 minutes performing deep cleaning and explaining dental hygiene basics to me. My gums feel great and no longer bleed when I floss. Thank you, Blue Bay Dental.

Doctor Zhou was extremely patient and amiable. She really helped my teeth concerns that trouble me for years. All the staffs were extremely friendly as well. I appreciate how responsible the clinic throughout every visit and will always come back to in the future if any teeth problems occur again!
