We are overdue leaving this practice. Bottom line, they have no respect for their patients schedules. Today, 2 days before an appt. for a 6 month cleaning and after they confirmed via text, they called to cancel due to a hygienist schedule change. They offered a July reschedule…5 months from now. This is their problem, but it becomes mine. Several times previously they have called an hour or two before an appt.

and asked if we could come earlier and sound disappointed the times we were unable to change at the last minute. Once on a Saturday my son drove to Blue Bell from Philly in a rush because they badly wanted him to arrive an hour early. Then they took him an hour late from his original time. So he sat for 2 + hours before they even took him back. We are done, their patients are disposable-they didn't seem to care that I said I need to leave the practice. I guess they are too busy being the “Official Dentist of the Philadelphia Eagles. ” 🙄

My family and I have been utilizing Blue Bell Dental Associates since we moved here during the Fall 2021. Although I am disappointed that Saturday appointments are no longer an option, I have come to appreciate the professionalism and competence of all of the employees. Most especially, Alvina, who cleaned my teeth WONDERFULLY and provided sage advice on how I could keep them that way.

She is simply the greatest hygienist out there! Do whatever it takes to keep her around. Keep up the good work Blue Bell Dental!!!

Worst density we’ve dealt with EVER! They contradict their assessments, they always force you to buy extra services out if the covered by insurance, always double charge unless you question them! Save your teeth and your money, find another place!
