Highly recommended!! Friendly and helpful staffs. They listen to my concern and they made me feel comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing and preventative care I needed to do. Explained everything that was going on in my mouth.

I have had dentist in the past just do the minimum and get me out the door and I thought every thing was fine! Glad to have found a doctor that actually cares. Definitely the best experience I ever had at the dentist. Thank you!!!

Blue Heron Dental has provided me with excellent service. Dr. Alena is very thorough, polite and professional. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and explains exactly what she is doing. Jackie has also been very accommodating getting me appointments that fit my schedule. I commute 1 hr because the service is so excellent. The other staff I have dealt with have all been a pleasure to talk to.

Really nice place, great staff, friendly, has tv to watch on Netflix and music to listen to if you want. My only negative is my appointment was supposed to start at 5 and I waited 40 minutes past that to start the appointment. But Dr.

Alena apologized for the wait and made the experience relaxing, it was my first time being numbed and the needle I'm not going to lie it looked intimidating and she was so great, walked me through each step vocally as she did it and the needle didn't hurt at all actually. They were efficient at everything but also making sure they did each step well and didn't miss anything. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Alena for a while now, and every time I go in, everyone I interact with is friendly, welcoming, professional, and takes the time to listen to your concerns/questions and explain things to you in detail. I personally love that Dr.

Alena explains the rationale behind any and all treatments she recommends; she takes the time to ensure you understand the underlying causes, and the reason(s) for the particular treatment. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a new dentist!
