I posted the original review in Feb. 2024 my teenage (18) daughter has been seeing Dr. Craig this entire time. He and the staff at Bluegrass Dental have made her comfortable enough she goes on her own. She has had several things done and has 2 more appointments. I never thought we would be as happy as we were with Dr. Crisp but Dr. Craig and Bluegrass Dental has settled this momma's mind!

I really wanted it to work with this dentist, because he and his assistant were amazing. His office staff though, made the process unbearable, constantly trying to get appointments and answers, always being put off another couple months, and zero communication.

I had a bit of an emergency and was looking for a dentist here on Google. I looked at all the dentists that were nearby and read multiple reviews and came across Bluegrass Dental Center. I decided to try them out, so I called, after hours, just so I wouldn't have to look up the number when I woke up. To my surprise I received a text, I assume automated, but I responded and explained what I was needing. The next morning I received a phone call, that I missed and received another message, and almost like an answered prayer, was asked if I could be there by 10 a. m. Absolutely I could be there and I am so happy that it all played out the way it did.

Dr. Craig took very good care of me! Everyone I spoke to were very warm and welcoming. Also the office is very nice and clean. Every concern was discussed and every question answered. They handled my situation with ease, I can't even really describe how pleasant they made a very unpleasant situation. Then to top it all off, for no reason other than out of the kindness of his heart, Dr. Craig called me later in the evening, just to check on me and see how I was doing.

I appreciated that gesture so much! Again, I had never been to their office previous to today 5/8/25, but I was treated as if I was their most important patient. This will be the only dentist office that I will ever go to again, and I'm bringing my family with me. Hopefully whoever you are, reading this review, I can bring you to this office too! You owe it to yourself to give them a try. Tell them Darrin sent ya! Thank you Dr. Craig!

Dr. Craig is the best and all of the staff are so nice! I have had such a rough time with finding the right dentist, but I am so glad I came here. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain during the procedure I had done! ❤️
