Since I haven't been seen for couple years, they won't take me till September 20 something! For an emergency broken tooth! Their policy is with in 5 days!! They're the most unfriendly women that answer the phone!

Word of advice or wise, Do not go to Dr. Bonner, my mom has went to Dr. Brown, McMullen.

Wuse for 25-30 years, she had rheumatic fever at 10 years old, & a reverse shoulder implant by Dr. Rodgers. For years she's had to get clindamycin to premedicated before after dental cleanings, Never was a problem? Today my mom was told she needed a letter from her family doc (PCP) stating whether she needs the antibiotic, he's rude, sarcastic, keeps worrying about being sued instead of patient getting taken care of? Bonner says his license on the line what about the family doc? If I remember, law states whoever treating physician does meds?? I spent an afternoon on the phone when if he wants the letter, my family doc says he has to state why & for what faxed! Bonner Didn't even listen because her previous appt with Bonner 1/24/23 antibiotics were mentioned, no one listened! Bonner should not be a dentist should not be given ANY STARS!

Today was our 2nd visit with Dr. Katherine Habbell. She deserves 5 stars and then a few more!!!! She is so passionate and understanding with the elderly lady that I took there for a consultation appointment for dentures. All our questions were answered and various options explained. The office staff and dental techs were very respectful and considerate to our needs. Exceptional office.

I've been a Patient here for several years.. Last month, I had a cleaning and was told I had a cracked tooth that had to be pulled and a severe cavity that needed to be filled? Why wasn't this found on the last cleaning?? Today I went to a new dentist. After X-ray an oral exam no problems were found. Bye BMW
