They took such good care of me today! Bonney Lake Family Dental got me in last minute for a crown that fell off. The receptionists were very kind and helpful and the dentist and dental assistant were amazing. They got me all fixed up and were super transparent about the cost from the very beginning. We will now be making this our regular dentist. Very happy to have found them!

Dr McGriff, if I’m spelling that right is the best dentist ever. He’s not in a hurry. He gives you way more than that time of day and then some. And he truly cares - he asks important questions and gives well thought out advice, not just lip service. He answered every question and believe me I had plenty! I never felt like I was wasting his time.

Very pleasant and helpful. The staff is excellent too. So sweet - every one of them.

I called to schedule an appointment over the phone verified that insurance is up-to-date and everything is accepted. They told me that it is, I came in and re-asked one more time they verified. The insurance is accepted, and the whole procedure will be paid for. Once they did the procedure, she gives me a bill and says oh your insurance is actually not accepted at this office.

You need to go to another office. And I had to pay the full amount for the procedure. She was so rude.

As someone who runs the other way anytime a dentist is mentioned, Bonney Lake Family Dental is a wonderful office. After years of not getting any checkups, I had an issue that was causing me major problems. Not only was I scheduled immediately, but I was treated so kindly throughout the whole experience. (Even though I basically required my hand held the whole time because I’m a wuss.

) The dentist and the office staff know what they are doing, and they do it well. 10/10, would definitely recommend scheduling with them, even if you’re scared.
