Dr. Borovac is extremely knowledgeable about her work, and when she works one can feel her level of confidence. She has competently corrected several dental problems that were caused to my husband by another dentist. Her office is beautiful (and located near a subway station!), her support staff supportive and polite - I appreciate their gentle reminders for appointments. Also, Dr.

Borovac has an excellent team of dental hygienist - check out Diane! I bring my children to Dr. Borovac's office, and am very pleased with her attention and handling of any dental concerns for which we have sought her help. Most highly recommended - the best, as a professional and a person.

A little overpriced. I liked the dental hygienist Joann who did my cleaning. She made me very comfortable. Definitely, the staff could have been more courteous in dealing with the insurance payment. I was in amidst of my cleaning when the staff member came and told me that we are gonna charge you more for the “amount of time you have been sitting in the chair”, she meant that your cleaning took longer but surely could have said in a more courteous way.

I found this very rude. Also, they did my xray and then told me that’s there an additional payment for it. I would have appreciated if they would have told me before. A little transparency doesn’t harm!

My friend recommended this dentistry to me, and I've been their patient since 2019. I started out with Daniela, who is fantastic, and when she left, I started working with Kaylene. Both hygienists and Dr. Borovac are great, and they provide excellent customer service.

I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for one as their location is also very accessible. Also, you simply need to ask them before coming in to your appointment how much your benefits will cover it.

The dental hygienists are thorough and attentive, consistently demonstrating expertise during cleanings. Dr. Borovac provides clear, patient-centered care, taking time to explain procedures and address concerns. The dental assistant is also skilled and patient, contributing to a smooth experience, especially during x-rays.

Front desk staff are professional and courteous, handling scheduling and inquiries with ease. A well-organized practice focused on quality care.
