This place should be out of business! The doctor has no knowledge of insurance or billing . He doesn’t care about the patient he just wants to get paid ! Had MULTIPLE phone calls of patients requesting refunds and ending their treatment with the doctor due to him charging the patient for services that were not rendered . There is one bathroom for patients with running water , the staffs bathroom has no running water to wash our hands , which makes me think how the doctor washes his hands. There is no hygienist .

Tools are filthy. He overbooks himself to the point where patients are walking out from waiting an hour to be seen . Just horrible office conditions and management! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

Dr. Caruso and staff are very friendly, made me feel comfortable on my appointment. Will recommend to pay him a visit. Very knowledgeable and care doctors.

His whole treatment plan for my teeth was wrong. I had to wait 3 hours the first day and there was literally no one else in the office. He tried to convince me that I had more wrong with my teeth than I did. I read the reviews and decided to go for a second opinion and all my suspicions were confirmed.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. He was just trying to get more money out of my insurance for dental work that I didn’t even need. Please don’t go to this man.
