I was disappointed by my experience with Bowen Legacy Dental. As a new patient, I was really interested in having a more holistic dentistry experience and really wanted to know more about how to care for my oral health and how to treat potential issues. I wanted to get a second opinion on some cavities that my dentist recommended filling. Their new patient exams are split into 2 appointments. At the first appointment, they took tons of x-rays, pictures and did a CT scan. That all went fine. Then the doctor was to assess all of that and provide a comprehensive treatment plan at the second visit. At my second visit, I was made to wait 40 minutes for my appointment.

No one ever came to let me know how long it would be during this time. I was frustrated since I did have someplace to be after the appointment. I even offered to reschedule and they wouldn't consider it. When the doctor came in, I let her know that I was unhappy to have been waiting for so long and she shamed me. She rushed through her assessment and wouldn't allow me to ask any questions. I then had a cleaning which went fine. As it turns out, the treatment plan they gave me was seemed to go really overboard on the treatment recommendations. I went back to my dentist and she felt like it was overkill.

Also, the doctor never even mentioned the cavities that I went in wanting the second opinion on, they were just built into the treatment plan. They wanted to do $8000 worth of dental work and when I went back to my dentist, she simply filled 2 teeth and said we could keep an eye on the rest. Also they do require payment up front which then gets submitted to insurance after the fact. I am disappointed, I really wanted to like this office. They are out of network for me, so it probably wouldn't have been feasible anyway but after not even letting me ask questions and making me wait and shaming me, I wouldn't consider going back.

Whether it's accommodating our busy schedules, providing extra care for our kids, or following up after treatments, their dedication is evident in every interaction.

My kids, who are usually nervous about dental appointments, actually enjoyed their visit. The team made them feel special and cared for, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. We also appreciated the convenient scheduling and the reminder system, which made it easy to keep track of our appointments. Overall, Bowen Legacy Dental is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a top-notch dental practice. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring and skilled team to take care of our dental health. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this office. It's so obvious that every member of the staff cares genuinely for their patients. Dr. Gehlert is so kind and knowledgeable. She has done so much for me and my family over the years, but one of the most incredible things is that she completely fixed my daughter's dramatic underbite in a matter of months. I'd been told elsewhere my daughter would need surgery to reset her jaw when she was 18. But Dr.

Gehlert along with Dr. Beck corrected her with a gentle, removable appliance and now the problem has been fixed painlessly before she has even turned five. (I put her before and after photos on this post) Everyone there genuinely cares about you, and Dr G. makes you feel like her family. Thank you Dr. Gehlert and team for years of loving care!

I highly recommend Bowen Legacy Dental. We are greeted with smiles every time we come and feel so welcomed. The entire staff are so kind and make my little ones feel so special. We travel a little ways just to come here because they are so worth it.
