I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service here is absolutely awful! They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you call. I tried calling all morning to let them know I was running late for my 10am appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but no one answered or returned my voicemail. When I arrived and explained the situation, they completely dismissed the fact that I had been trying to reach them. To make matters worse, the front desk staff acted if I was an inconvenience to them. What’s especially frustrating is that in the past, I’ve shown up on time for appointments and waited over an hour to be seen.

Yet, the one time I’m running late, they act like it’s unacceptable. This was the final straw for me. If you’re looking for a competent, professional dentist office, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time or business.
