This has been my third consecutive Wednesdays here, and I must start off by saying how wonderful the two front desk women are. Both are so pleasant, and welcoming upon arrival and even while checking out. My dentist is actually the younger gentleman there, and he is superb and a very humble being. I like his work ethnic and efficiency a lot. I would highly recommend him! However, his assistant has very poor bedside manners.

I thought my first encounter with her, she could have possibly just had a bad day. But, 3 Wednesdays later and yet still very minimal improvement. It's very unprofessional to make derogatory remarks about your patients as they leave. At least, let me leave the premises, before expressing your unimportant opinion about someone else. The doors are wide open, and the checkout is literally a few feets away.

Everything said was heard clearly. If I were to be bias, this would only have been 1 star. But, because there are many other great people and attributions within this location, a 3 star is only reasonable enough. I still have 2 more appointments booked, and debating to stay or look forward to a new dentist with a more professional assistant.

I absolutely hate the dentist. I have not had a regular dentist for years but this location made me feel comfortable. My new dentist was Dr. Dominick Grillo who was nothing but kind and prompt. He showed me everything with my teeth so I did not feel like they were just searching for wrong things.

The assistant, Ashley was so sweet. The both of them engaged in a conversation that made me feel like I have been going there for years. Definitely happy to have found a new dentist and I will recommend this location to anyone who is looking.

I would like to thank Dr. Samuel and staff for the fine job in providing me with my lower denture. If you would like your denture to fit like a glove, come here. Getting this done correctly takes time, and Dr.

Samuel takes as much time as needed to get the denture to fit properly. You can go to these one hour denture businesses, but you will not get the quality of work as you receive here. Thank you to you all, it fits great!!!!
