My son & daughters 1st time there. They are 6. I understand it's not specifically a pediatric dentistry, but I felt very rushed & dismissed. The Dr came in took 3 seconds to look in my son's mouth and said nope all good no xrays only a cleaning. My daughter on the other hand she said saw a cavity so x-rays for her.

After x-rays nothing was explained to me, I had to ask questions. I felt as if she had 6 other patients to see & we didn't matter. My insurance is the only reason we came there, but won't be returning.

Very busy place. Everyone was very nice. Disappointed with the diagnosis of saving a front tooth. Had xrays & plan of care formed. I may get a second opinion & hopefully more information on what to do. It is Life changing & devastating to loose a front tooth.

No cleaning preformed & was Disappointed how busy they are & to have a more personal care? Nothing done but xrays & it took so long. But not blaming anyone, I think it's just the sign of the times. . . 😑😑😔

I’ve had two appointments here because I like to give places a second chance in case a poor experience is a fluke. The front desk staff are not polite. While the hygienist and dentist were both pleasant, I didn’t walk away with the fresh from the dentist clean feeling that motivates me to go in the first place.

In addition to that, I had an appointment and wasn’t taken back to the room until 45 minutes later and didn’t see anyone for yet another 1/2 hour. I will not be returning

I was beyond impressed. Dr. Altarifi is the best. She was so kind and gentle. She explained everything step by step. During my teeth being cleaned and a few cavities taken care of l felt absolutely no pain. Her assistant was awesome as well. I'm definitely so glad I chose Bradley Dental. 😊👍
