I usually don't write reviews, but I must write the review for Brampton Dental Care because it was the best dental treatment experience I ever had. From my first visit to this office, I felt that Dr. Rampal and his team treated me like family. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating and called me to find out how I was doing.

Dr. Rampal and his assistant(intetn) explained the procedure at every step. I would highly recommend Brampton Dental Care to anyone needing the dental services.

Ever since we came to Canada my family has always been going to this clinic for our dental needs (18 yrs. in total). The dentists, the assistants, the clerks were all pleasant. Always putting patients’ needs a priority. Then came new management. I have never encountered a dentist with so much arrogance. I had new dentures made. It took them more than 2 months to finish it. One time I came in they made me wait for an hour. After more than two months of fitting, they presented me with a finished product that that won’t fit. I told the arrogant doctor that it doesn’t fit, he told me there is nothing else he can do and that he will just claim from insurance. The gall of this guy. He also told me that it is best that I stop going to his clinic. What a relief! He really thinks that patients don’t have options.

So much clinics around. So much doctors with empathy and ethics. What kind of doctor would push a patient’s forehead with his finger to the chair so the back of the head will touch the headrest. Well, this dentist. Doesn’t respect his patients. Reprimands his assistants in the presence of his patients. There is one person in this clinic who does her job well. And has good attitude. Her name is Cavitha. Only her. The assistants are okay too. But if you need “an average” kind of dental service, do not even go to this place. June 23 I wrote what actually happened to me during my visit. Please do not cosmetisize your “excellent” practice.

I have no desire to destroy it because I can see that a lot of people surprisingly believe that you are good. And don’t threaten me with defamation cause I am just telling the truth. I went there several times to fit. And finally, the final denture wont fit. Why would you insist in telling me it fits when I am the one wearing it? And why so arrogant? Didnt you learn customer service all these years that you are bragging about your excellent service? The denture doesnt fit. The colour is off. You didnt let me approve everytime I go there. You just let me try the unfinished denture and I always tell your assistant what I thought of it. But there was never approval. Please tell the truth. But thank you for not claiming from my insurance because I was already preparing to move heaven and earth so you cannot claim. That is how bad I felt of the treatment and the service.
