I am a HUGE BABY when it comes to the dentist, let alone finding out I needed surgery to remove a severely infected, and impacted wisdom tooth. Originally surgery was booked for the end of Oct. But yesterday I woke up and it looked like a baseball was growing out of my face. I contacted Dr. Chens office as soon as they opened. His schedule was full but they were able to get me in pretty much as soon as I arrived.
Dr Chen was soo gentle, I didn't even feel him put the IV in me. His assistants and receptionist were really compassionate and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was in good hands from the first time I called his office. Dr. Chen and his team made this the absolute best experience possible for this big baby, thank you sooo much! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR CHEN AND HIS TEAM!

Smiling Julie at the desk was the initial comfort. Dr Chen so pleasant and reassuring, as are his staff! It was a much better experience than I had anticipated. The office is clean and all are very organized.

Where do I begin… I entered the office and Julie was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. She explained everything about the billing and insurance. Dr. Chris Chen was very laid back and chill. Very friendly and made my son feel relaxed and comfortable during the consultation. He explained everything to the tee of what to expect upon surgery day.
Fast forward to a few days later because they had a spot within the week, my son had his surgery. I was able to fill the prescription while they did the surgery and I recieved a courtesy call to let me know they were finished. Upon returning back to the office, Cathy welcomed me into the recovery room where I was able to see my son and have the post op instructions relayed to me. I was able to speak with Cathy the dental assistant and Sharon the nurse about how the procedure went and what to look out for. They were extremely friendly and compassionate towards my son. As I came in with my toddler, they offered to walk my son to the car while I brought it to the front door (the parking lot was full) I felt very reassured through the entire process; from I stepped in for the consult until we left after the procedure.
I would highly recommend the entire team. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They treated us like family. Thank you everyone for such a great experience. Truly, you were all amazing.

When my crown became dislodged, my dentist told me I had to provide her with the make/model of the titanium screws that Dr. Chen installed twenty years ago. (Note: the problem was with the crown, not with the Dr. Chen's work). His excellent secretary, Julie, was able to get me a brief sit down appointment. Dr.
Chen was able to provide me with the information and send me on my way without any fuss. Twenty years ago I thought Dr. Chen was very personable and the consummate professional. I think even more highly of him today.
