This IS my regular dentist, X-12+ years (or more?) Ended up with a severe toothache, but unable to get an immediate appt. , so , went online & called until I found the earliest appt anywhere. In a nutshell, that place couldnt decide to pull it, or do a root canal, but wanted me to go get a root canal anyway! I called a “time out” & got in to MY regular dentist here. . . thank goodness I did! No need for extraction OR root canal.

Simple routine of antibiotics, thats IT! WOW! These folks have ALWAYS been great. Friendly, professional, great sense of humor, and most importantly, really DO care about your well being. Cant say enough good things about the ENTIRE staff. . KUDOS!!!

I went in after neglecting my teeth for years and was afraid they would have to be pulled while some in the back did end up being pulled Dr. Ross managed to save nearly all of my front teeth with fillings even though they were really bad and restored my smile along with my confidence in public. Dr Ross and his staff are incredibly polite and you never feel like they are talking down to or judging you.

If you are putting off going to the dentist out of fear/stigma I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Brazil Family Dentistry for a place to put them to rest.

I’ve been coming here since I was 7 years old I’m currently 21 years old , I just called them today 10/17/23 I went to schedule an appointment with them because I need a crown because my tooth is hurting me super bad! The lady said that I am no longer a client with them because I have 3 No call no shows, they’ve never tried to call me ! I even asked if they ever tried to send anything in the mail and she said yes and I said I have never received anything ever in the mail from them. So now I’m stuck with a tooth that hurts super bad and have to waste my time trying to find a new dentist.

Keep in mind that I’ve NEVER SCHEDULED ANY APPOINTMENTS!! the only time I ever schedule a appointment is for a cavity and I obviously show up to get it filled because my tooth is in pain! I asked if I can become a client again and she said that I can never become a client there again because of the No call no show 3 times , What IN THE WORLD IS THIS? I should never have to treat a dentist like it’s my job! I am a client I don’t work here , I have my own job and responsibilities. I’ve been going to the same dentist for 14 years and have spent thousands of dollars with them and this is how I get treated, this is outrageous.

You would think after being a patient with them for 14 years they would show some courtesy and not be so outlandish!

I’m new to Indiana and was very nervous about finding a new dentist after a pregnancy that was rough on my dental health but they were exceptionally kind! Dr. Ross explained every step to me, was gentle and thorough. My appointment started on time and I was out in less than an hour. My teeth look and feel so much better! This is the place for compassionate dental care!
