I have always loved this dentist, and have brought several of my family members here as well. I have never missed a appt , without rescheduling days in advance . This one time when I thought I was going to make it for my 2 oclock appt. But realized I had no babysitter the day off so I called first thing 8 o'clock, letting them know I was going to see if I could find babysitter if not I'd be calling back to reschedule. They continued to tell me ok I hung up. I called back to reschedule she said OK we will take u off the schedule , when I asked to remake my appt then continues to tell me oh no we can't do that. U no show. Why didn't they explain that to me the very first time I called? Instead they made it seem like no worries.

I am a stay at home mom of 2 with no family and their day works 10 hr days every day. Juggling college and a full time job myself. For them to up and cancel me without no explanation other than after the fact I canceled my appt. Is beyond me never did they communicate w me explaining to me , hey if u cancel u can't come back . Never once did they tell me that over the phone. Yeah they have their policy's but like I said I always always called an advanced expect this one time. And yet it was still hours in advance P. o.

s office if you ask me and his wife is no good with communicating, they're probably all on their high horse up there if u ask me. Never gave me no pain medication when I've had so much work done and root canals the whole nine sends me home to take ibuprofen , which I dealt with it. I loved the dentist but they are just rude inconsiderate people who don't have no heart for ppl out here raising family's without a village. Anyhow thats my rant one star for helping me get most of my work done. Other than just canceling me for what my first appt I missed when I called 8 am that morning to explain my situation several hours before.

I have been going to Dr. Ellis for over 25 years and would never consider changing dentists. He is very thorough and at the same time he is gentle. He always explains what he is doing and why he believes it is necessary. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Even though I live out of state now, I plan my dental work with Dr. Ellis around my trips back home. I highly recommend the practice of Dr. Brent Ellis!

Been going to Dr. Ellis for 15 years. He's a great dentist and does outstanding work. When I've had a problem in between appts, they always get me in a.s.a.p. My husband and son are patients as well. Thank you Dr. Ellis.

If you cancel one time they just won’t take you back and when you do cancel their receptionist is pretty rude. I get there’s a policy but that’s never made aware ever when I’ve been there in the past and I went there for years.
