Mel is great. She is so kind and personable and we share a name. She is always as gentle as she can be. We also have a good time chatting about life. No one enjoys going to the dentist but I really like seeing her two or three times a year; it’s like catching up with an old friend😀

I had one of the worst experiences with a dental clinic at Brentwood Dental Group, and I strongly do not recommend this place. I came in for a filling and periodontal treatment. Before my first visit, I confirmed with the front desk that my total out-of-pocket cost would be $98, based on my Delta Dental insurance. I paid the $98 during my first visit for the filling. However, what followed was a long and frustrating billing nightmare that showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. 1. Billing confusion and blame-shifting Weeks later, I received another charge of $26 at my second visit, and then a $198 bill in the mail. When I contacted the office, they insisted the insurance didn’t pay enough.
But after reviewing my Explanation of Benefits (EOB), it was clear my insurance covered what it was supposed to, and I was only responsible for $98 total. They kept changing their explanation, and even admitted they had submitted the claim incorrectly (listing my husband as both the patient and subscriber). 2. Overcharge denial When I pointed out that I had been overcharged $26, they finally admitted the mistake in an email and said I could call for a refund. However, when I called the front desk, they refused to acknowledge the overcharge, and said no refund would be issued. Only after I mentioned contacting the manager did they call me back and agree to process the refund—still, no apology at all. 3. Rude and dismissive customer service Throughout this entire process, no one from the clinic took responsibility or even apologized for the errors, the stress they caused, or the time I had to spend resolving what should have been a simple issue.
Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed more focused on deflecting blame than helping patients. I came to this clinic in good faith, expecting professional service. Instead, I had to deal with billing errors, a lack of transparency, poor communication, and zero accountability. Patients deserve honesty and respect—not confusion, stress, and rudeness. I will never return to Brentwood Dental Group and do not recommend them to anyone. Check your insurance documents and receipts carefully if you’ve been here—you may be paying more than you should.

Pleasant, professional people. Julian could be an educator as she carefully explains everything she is doing. (I know most of it, but it was nice to hear.) Dr. Wasson is quality, and I do not hesitate saying, he cares more about his patients than making a buck. That is appreciated. Great office.

I had an outstanding experience at Brentwood Dental Group, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and impeccably organized. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient, making the check-in process seamless and quick. The dental team itself was truly exceptional.
Every staff member I interacted with—from the hygienist to the dentist—was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful of my time. I was impressed by how efficiently they conducted the entire visit without compromising on thoroughness or patient care. They explained each step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. What stood out most to me was how smoothly everything flowed.
There was no waiting around, no confusion, and no rushed moments. It was clear that this team values both clinical excellence and a positive patient experience. They used up-to-date technology, maintained a clean and modern space, and prioritized safety at every step. 5/5!!
