Dr. Faddis was very kind and attentive. I went in for a check up and cleaning with a consultation for caps. He explained everything very thoroughly and took as much time as needed to address any questions or concerns that I had. I will definitely be going by back.

Know one wants to go to the dentist? Not when you can go to Brentwood Dental!!!! Always professional and painless! They are genuine, thoughtful, and get you in and out !!! They almost make it fun:) Happy Choppers!!!

Recently visited the offices as a first time patient. The staff was friendly and the health service received was really great. However, after being told that my insurance would cover everything, I was given a very large bill and was told there was nothing they could do about it. My insurance said they charged well above average and they would only cover a portion of the costs. If I was told that insurance wouldn’t cover the full amount by the staff, I would have went somewhere else.
They are getting two stars because of the dental hygienist who was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Otherwise, it would have been one star due to the lack of accountability and disingenuous coverage. Learn from my mistake and make sure your insurance covers everything. They will not help.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Colleen at Brentwood Dental. On January 14, I paid $590 for retainers and provided my updated address multiple times to Colleen, who assured me they would be mailed correctly. Despite this, she still sent them to my old address. When I reached out via email to explain that the tracking number showed the package was delivered to the wrong address, I simply requested a refund.
Colleen called me the next day, with no apology, offering to reorder them, I declined and instead asked her to send my Invisalign scans to my new dentist in Chicago which was the original plan. This is where the situation escalated. Not only did Brentwood Dental refuse to refund me, but Colleen had the audacity to accuse me of lying! Colleen claimed the front desk at my old apartment building “saw me pick them up” and even insisted they had me on camera. This was completely untrue, and instead of taking responsibility, she doubled down, refusing to refund my money.
Now mind you, I originally asked them to order new retainers and they referred me to my new dentist, but when I asked them to send my scans to my new dentist, they insisted on ordering the retainers themselves—only to send them to the wrong address. This office is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. I’ve since disputed the charge with my credit card, but I strongly advise avoiding Brentwood Dental.
