1) They’re impossible to get ahold of. They’re only open two days a week and they never answer the phone even when they’re open. You have to leave a voicemail and then pray you’ll get a call back. 2) My appointments were NEVER on time, I always had a very long wait. 3) The dentist was never very friendly to me.

I understand he’s probably in a rush with a full schedule but some polite chitchat is always nice and makes a patient feel calm and welcomed. He barely even acknowledged my presence each time I went. This was in stark contrast to my new dentist who is very friendly and warm. 4) The dental hygienists are very rough. Every time I leave, my gums and teeth are in pain.

One time, my teeth were painfully sensitive for 2 whole weeks after my cleaning!! As opposed to my new dental practice where it seems the hygienists are more skilled and I’ve never experienced discomfort. 5) This is only a minor gripe but it’s worth mentioning. The office is in serious need of a renovation — it looks out-dated, crowded, and a bit dumpy. The equipment doesn’t seem very state of the art either, although I’m no expert.

As always I get an amazing and friendly experience! Everyone is so professional. The Dr is amazing and always spends extra time with me. The front desk is awesome. They communicate changes and are great at what they do. I've been coming for about 9 years!

I switched to Brentwood Family Dental Center about 6 mos ago, and have had a very good experience. This week my insurance was declined, and they helped me work through it and get my visit covered. Kim and Miles at the front desk are just great, above and beyond 😁
