Waste of time. This was a referral from my general dentist. I sent you folks my x-rays and photos by e-mail prior to my visit. It seems that once I arrive they are confused on what to do and I have to re-explain myself. The doctor did not help me and his services will not be needed in the future.

Why the referral in the first place? Why book the appointment if it wasn’t needed? Why the waste of time? Why waste my gas to go there? Why did I waste my time doing the intake and write down all of my personal information if he won’t help me? Im looking for genuine professional experts that can get this done the proper way without the whole back and forth. It was a useless trip and it is unfair to me because I am looking at them like they are helping me and doing me a favor when in fact all they did was make me feel like I got taken advantage of. Im sick of seeing all these different doctors and explaining and repeating myself to different people I barely know. I wish I got a call from them saying I didn’t need to come in at all since nothing could be done. This goes for every doctor’s office.

I requested that they delete my profile since I will not be seeing him in the future and I am waiting on a “Bethany” to do it. Very aggravating experience.

If I can give him 0 I would. He told me he was going to put the tissue OVER the gums but instead made a pocket to make my gum tissue thicker (not solving my problem of receding gums) he exposed my entire tooth root and all and the surgery he did didn’t stick. I went in week after week (7weeks total) hoping he’d fix his error but he kept brushing it under the table and would just glue the tissue even though that clearly wasn’t working.

He clearly just wanted my money and didn’t actually care for me as his patient. I switched to Pulse periodontics and they were happy to fix his wrong doings and is leading to a path of recovery!

Got a root canal pulled out and it was the easiest experience that I have had getting a tooth pulled out. I have gotten all four wisdom teeth pulled out and two root canal pulled out and this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
