I had a great experience at my dentist office it was my first time coming. It was really slow because it was only one doctor, but the wait was totally worth it. I have never been to a doctors appointment and they do full detail and told me I had no cavity s and I needed a deep cleaning.

First time at this new dental office. The staff was caring and addressed my concerns about my dental health. I only received a check up and X-Rays today but the process was smooth. Emily at the desk is a pleasure and professional, I know I’m going to like her a lot. It was a great start of a new relationship with Bridgeport smiles. More updates to come..

Unfortunately, I had a Very very bad experience in this location. My son had a regular check up today. I was friendly to ask a woman who speaks mandarin is a dental assistant to help my son clean his teeth with machine cleaner. The woman said she couldn’t do that because my son was scared, and let my son wait the dentist to clean. Actually, my son was not scared to clean his teeth with machine, and he had done in another dental location for many times. The reason why my son felt scared. Because she suddenly raised the chair which my sons sat on,my son felt scared. But she never asked the reason.

She was only very mean to say she couldn’t do that and let us wait the dentist to do. She repeated those words more than three times. I was angry, but still friendly to talk with her. I said we were in an other dental location,and they could help my son to clean his teeth all the time , only this location could not. If you could not do this, we won’t be here, and we would transfer to other locations. If everything needs dentist to do, I would spend more time in the clinic, and my time should not be wasted here. Then, she said she could do that, and she would clean my son’s teeth right away. However, she roughly cleaned my son’s teeth.

Finally, the dentist was very careful and gentle to clean my son’s teeth thoroughly. Cleaning teeth for the clients is one of the jobs for the dental assistant, but if she could not do that, so she really could not afford this job. If everything is doctor’s jobs, this location does not need any assistant, and it should raise doctors salary and dismiss those assistants whose could not afford their jobs. At that moment, I know why sometimes we wait a long time in this clinic because like this assistant does not cooperate with the dentist’s work. Therefore, the dentist has to spend more time for each client, and each client spend more time in this clinic to get a treatment. This is very bad experience for clients and a poor reflection on the service.
