I hate to leave a bad review but we experienced such bad service that I needed to post this review. Our regular dentist recommended us to a different oral surgery clinic but my wife had her teeth worked on with Dr. Wu the prior year and decided to continue with her. We both scheduled for LANAP laser surgery for deep cleaning with Dr Wu. Overall Dr. Wu did a decent job but we both experienced roughness around the teeth and soreness (did not heal properly) even after 3-4 weeks. My wife had to come in so Dr.

Wu can smooth the roughness out. Our surgery eventually heals and soreness went away after 4 weeks. However, the part that really got us off guard was how Dr. Wu insist that my wife had to redo her LANAP surgery on the side that was done the prior year. But was not told that our insurance won't be covering it. Worse, since we both did this surgery and our insurance changed to a different provider which carried the maximum coverage from the prior year. Hence, we had to pay out of our pocket because we were told they were not aware of this.

To me, we felt mislead into doing extra LANAP and rushed us into the surgery without cautioning us that our insurance may potentially won't cover this. In conclusion, I rate Dr. Wu a 3 of 5 (rush us into the surgery). The finance team 1 of 5. (did not adequately research that our insurance may not cover the service due to too many done in 12 months and called us 5 months later to collect additional fees)

These Ladies took good care of me . They worked with me and my insurance and out of cost payments . I'm on fixed income and they didn't turn Me away. Thank God for you Dr.Wu and staff anyone that needs deep cleanings this is the place for you

Both Dr. Wu and her assistant Regina have eased my wife’s worries and they have been patient with our questions. Dr. Wu and her staff have been transparent with treatment options and costs. This was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. Dr. Alice Wu is warm, professional and communicated my situation in a clear and concise way. I had to get a 3D image of my jaw bone density to understand my options for saving a tooth that had already had a root canal. Short story, I will lose it eventually, but laser treatment will help close a deep pocket in my gums and prolong the loss.

All staff were welcoming and kind. The facility was clean and comfortable. I am happy to be in good hands.
