Dr. Valika is very twitchy. And doesn't know what he's doing. Got an extraction and completely ripped my jaw apart. Asked for a suture and got 1 string through the top layer. Customer service forwards you to blank messaging system

They got me in same day for an emergency. The staff was patient and did such an amazing job keeping me calm when I was on the verge of panic. I have a big fear of the dentist and it’s worse when I’m in pain. I’m so thankful for them making my visit as easy as possible, by walking me thru every step and making sure I was ok before proceeding.

They don’t know how to properly fill a cavity, so I had to end up getting my tooth pulled at a different dentist. 100% would NOT recommend to anyone at all. Get it together guys.

The WORST experience, I went for an emergency and a toothache and then the “dentist” offered me a Root Canal but I had to wait like a week for the medical plan approval (that is, they didn’t treat my case as an emergency) my pain was immense because the cavity reached my nerve, I called them 2 weeks later and nothing had happened, they told me they couldn’t do anything until approval, my pain was agonizing, they never offered me treatment for the pain, they never offered me a “plan b”. I had to go crying to the ER and they gave me temporary relief, after 3 weeks they “schedule” an appointment and say to come by my root canal at 12pm, then they start taking too long and tell me there were patients at that time and I was speechless (they called me to come in, how come they don’t have space?) then they finally sit me on a table and after almost 25 days of waiting and the dentist not being able to do his job and he told me that my tooth was worse that he was going to refer me and I had to wait again and I complained to him about everything they had made me go through without a solution and the dentist crossed the personal line and came up to me and said to my face (in a sarcastic tone) that if I had paid for an extraction this could have been avoided) and they threw me out of there.

Thank God that same day I found a better place and better service far from there.
