If I could leave a zero star I would. My son had his consultation and was told by Dr. Abei he will need to be in braces for 2 1/2 years. The only concern the doctor had was that he would need his wisdom teeth pulled. So approximately a year in, we went to an oral surgeon to have all 4 removed. Approximately a year later it was time for the braces to be removed. I immediately noticed his teeth flared out. It didn’t look like he spent 2 1/2 years in braces. When I mentioned it to Dr.

Abei, she said to see if the retainer will adjust it. The next visit it didn’t and I mentioned my concerns. She then said he needs to had some teeth removed. I’m confused because why is she saying remove more teeth after the braces are off. Something wasn’t right so I decided to go and get two different consultation done. They both stated he didn’t need teeth removed. They said his teeth should’ve been shaved. I asked for a letter stating what was recommended to show the Dr. Abei.

She said she can do that but it will be considered another treatment. I asked why would I have to pay if I voiced my concerns from the beginning. They are now saying after my insurance I would have to pay 2800 plus 18 months in braces. I paid 3100 the first time around after insurance. This is ridiculous definitely find a place that knows what they are doing from the beginning. If not you will be spending more money.

The staff is wonderful. I would like to add an update after my last visit on June 11th. I want to thank two people in particular. First of all, Susie (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was so helpful in explaining the financial details of my account. I have two dental insurance policies, and it was very complicated. She worked diligently to maximize my dental benefits. She patiently answered all of my questions.

Secondly, I must say that Kerry, my hygienist, is outstanding. I was a scaredy cat. She has put me on the path to restoring my oral health and never caused any pain that required even a Tylenol or ibuprofen. I absolutely love this team. Thank you to ALL of you.

I had an appointment for routine cleaning. They only took X-rays, no cleaning was done and they sent me a bill of $85.00.The office told me I needed to schedule another appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I had appointments scheduled for my kids, a few weeks later, which were also cancelled last minute. Very inconsiderate of patients' time. One star for the office staff.

I had a really bad toothache and called many dentists offices around me and most couldn’t get me in. Bright Now got me in the next day and Joy helped me work out a really good discount. The doctor and assistant were amazing as well and fixed my tooth! So thankful and recommend this clinic to everyone.
