The Bright now dental office in Bellevue is poorly run and disorganized. I walked into the clinic this morning with my son since we both have appointments only to be told by the receptionist that our appointments were cancelled because they don’t have the hygienist and she didn’t have time to call and let us know. I said not only you didn’t call but I also got a text confirmation twice. Her reply was that’s the automated message.

I tried to make another appointment two weeks prior and no one called back. The receptionist said there is so much she can do since she is the only one working at the front desk.

I had a wonderful experience with them, everyone was so kind and answered each question or concern I had. Dr Park was amazing, she reassured me each time I was nervous (due to previous dentists that weren’t such a good experience) as well as broke everything down for me when I asked her to explain something I didn’t understand.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bright & Dental in Bellevue. I scheduled and confirmed a cleaning appointment, but when I arrived, they only did an initial screening and insisted I come back for a separate appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a laser treatment—going so far as to refuse to do a basic cleaning without it. The clinic itself did not feel particularly clean, which added to my concerns.

Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than professional dental care. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for straightforward and honest service.
