I don't leave reviews unless they are either extremely good or extremely bad. Fortunately my experiences with Bright Now has been wonderful. In the past I have had awful dentists who tortured me. .

. However, the lovely people here take great care to make sure you are properly numb and taken care of. I strongly encourage you to give them your business, these are good and kind people who won't rip you off and will go out of their way to minimize your discomfort/pain.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bright Now Dental. During my first appointment, the dentist missed a significant amount of calculus below my gumline and only gave me a regular cleaning. Fast forward to today, I went to a different dentist and was told I need a deep cleaning because of the substantial buildup of tartar. This was not addressed by Bright Now Dental, and I feel they should have caught it. Additionally, I was charged a cancellation fee without any prior notification.

I wasn’t informed about the fee in advance, and there was no reminder or heads-up before they sent me the bill. It’s very frustrating, and I believe they should have notified me either by text, phone call, or at least mentioned it in advance before billing me. I do not recommend this place and would advise others to consider other options.

I came in for a cleaning and had a great experience with the hygienist—she was thorough and kind. The dentist was okay, though she didn’t seem very engaged with me as a patient, which I guess is common in more corporate dental settings. Unfortunately, my main issue was with the front desk. The staff member I spoke with was rude and overly aggressive when explaining my insurance. I’m fully aware there may be an outstanding balance depending on what’s covered—that’s not the issue. I just wanted a clear explanation, not to be spoken to like a problem.

I understand that working in healthcare sometimes requires being assertive, but I came in calmly and simply wanted to understand my charges. The way it was handled felt dismissive and poorly communicated. Being a corporate office shouldn’t mean patients receive impersonal or insensitive service. EDIT: 1-star for the impersonal bot response.

I have a different insurance now and my location has changed. I’m glad I found this dental facility. It’s near where I live and I work from home so driving far is out of the question. The facility is state of the art, great location with easy access, lots of parking, the lady tooth doctor is amazing and the staff are thorough which I so appreciate. I got early appointments at 7am to complete my mission of best dental health check.

Although I had to pay $1000 own pocket for laser gum maintenance, I am very satisfied with it. I know people spend so much more because of lack of maintenance. I like trying out the latest and I can tell the difference. My gums are stronger and my natural teeth and mouth looking perfect. It has been two years since my dentist appointment.

I always have good insurance and go to the dentist regularly, however life got busy. I don’t like going to dentist appointments however I like to maintain good health which includes dental health. Thank you for taking care of me!!!
