I’ve been going here maybe three years and all I can say is I hate needles I hate pain and doctors Always Treated my pain like they care with that I give them five stars. I like them so much I bring my children here.

This place is kind of ridiculous. One time i called and a woman answered The phone and said “ Hello? Oh shit. ” And hung up the phone. Another time I called up there set up an appointment and The receptionist I got was really Rude because I had missed an appointment prior. But this last time was a real doozy. I had an appointment for 2 PM Friday been waiting for it all week.

Friday rolls around and they call me at about 1130 and leave a voicemail asking if I can come in early. I called them back and asked what time and the Lady, I talk to said “oh anytime really. ” 🤷 So I showed up at about 1215 1220 waited around for about 40 minutes after check-in And finally got called back. Took the x-rays and then into the exam chair right? Nope. Back out to the waiting room. I waited around for another 20 minutes or so as The waiting room was filling up more and more and nobody was getting called back.

I was pretty upset at this point so I just got up and left. As I was driving home, I got two or three missed calls within a five minute. Period from them around 1:45… 15 minutes before my Original appointment time. Why the hell would they ask me to come in there and just wait around all afternoon and waste my time like that I could’ve been doing anything else and just showed up at my actual appointment time like planned. They are very inconsiderate of other people‘s time 👎🏻

My husband had a appointment the girls up front to check you in were very nice. We get back to our room. The little girl who called my husband name was rude, giving dirty looks, couldn't look is in the face while asking him questions. The energy was so negative from the assistant. The actual doctor came in with positive energy.

Giving eye contact while talking. Unlike the assistant sucking her teeth every second. Would not be coming back. They all need a attitude adjustment and need to take some kind of humility class.

I've been coming here for about a year and have had excellent experience!! From the receptionists, the techs and my dentist, everyone is very professional and kind especially Kat! Each time she calls me back I hear a cheerful "good morning, how are you doing today". I recommend Bright Now to anyone looking for their dental needs!
