We called got an appointment right away , cool right. Printed out our paperwork and I was shocked by it asking how I felt about my teeth smile ect. My appointment date comes and the doctor agreed denture and partial they tell me if I want teeth same day as extraction it would 1800. 00 so I pay it make my appointment for extraction takes the weekend off work only to get a call saying the scan messed up can I come in the Tuesday before my extraction appointment me:they tell me I have to push back the extraction date I told them I can’t do that I have already taken days off and have been replaced.

The teeth should come in 2 weeks later. I call2 weeks later now 3 weeks still no teeth. I call back and get told they would be in the next day. The lady would chase down the ups man for my terry and call me next day.

Next day comes my daughter calls up and nope still now there. Had I known this I would have NEVER gone into this office. I am hungry and can only eat certain foods going on 5 weeks!!!!! I don’t know why my teeth could not have been over nighted?

I had my first appointment at Bright Now after 10 years of not going to any dentist. I was so worried. The staff at this facility are so kind. Deb at reception was very helpful with my insurance info, she answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Holly did her best to help me feel comfortable getting xrays and Christina helped me feel informed and relaxed during my cleaning.

Im so glad im finally working on getting my teeth fixed, its a major relief. By the time I was leaving i felt a million times better. Im glad I made the call to book my appointment, everyone was accommodating and down to earth. I recommend this place!
