UPDATE: They sent me another e-mail. After I unsubscribed. Seriously if this location went out of business, I'm not sure I'd be shedding any tears. HOW ABOUT LISTEN FOR ONCE. Looks like I forgot to review this seven years ago and since they decided to stick me on an e-mail list again after seven years of not coming, well enjoy this review! First the one time I went was the first time and the last time after being treated poorly. Just having x-rays done it felt very uncomfortable and tense and I already do not like going to the dentist.
The biggest issue? I was told I needed 4 cavities filled. I thought that seemed a bit extreme so I got a 2nd opinion. 2nd dentist, only one. The fact that I was being overprescribed a treatment plan for no reason is a reason I would say AVOID this place at all costs.

The dental hygienist is super cool. I’ll say that. Nice gal. She’s the only hygienist on the entire staff, which surprised me. This entire place has 2 dentists and 1 hygienist, and everyone else is office staff that are there to upsell you. My biggest problem with this place is the nickel and dime charges to patients. They add charges and make you believe they are required.
Make sure you clarify if each charge is required or voluntary. Everything is a weird upsell. They admitted that they add the services they want to sell as a default because it’s “easier to remove them than to add them. ” It’s actually a bit misleading, as removing them only required drawing a line through the charge and signing the paperwork. lol. It was also previously told to me that one service was required this time but not for the next cleaning. It wasn’t true, and the hygienist was honest that it was a service that was unnecessary for me, given my oral health.
The only reason I went here is because I chose the cheapest DMO dental plan from my employer that offers very limited specific providers. After all the nickel and dime charging, I bet it equals out for patients that don’t know when to say no. Like the “Spirit Airlines” of dental offices. Next year, we will be going with the better dental plan that allows me to choose another provider. Is it really this difficult to get a couple simple cleanings a year when you have no cavities and good overall oral health?

I've been going to bright now for almost 2 years. Not anymore. In the last 3 months I've been trying to get an appointment set up. On all 3 separate occasions after getting notifications that my appointment was schedule. All 3 were cancelled the day before, with the most recent one less than 2 hours before, due to: Dentist unable to show up/emergency x2.
That is understandable. What isn't is the complete lack of communication. Many attempts have been made to contact to make another appointment with no one answering, or being led to the website to get a phone call to set up an appointment, and the call never happened. The only reason a 3rd appointment was set up was because I had to take over my appointment from my wife, and even that was was cancelled.

Edit: First, I want to mention that the staff is always very friendly, and I really appreciate that. However, today I experienced lockjaw shortly after receiving the Novocain injection from a temporary hygienist. It was awful—I could barely open my mouth. I’m assuming they might have hit a nerve? I’m feeling a little nervous for my next visit. .
. My jaw has unlocked, but is now aching. ………. I recently had an appointment at Bright Now Dental Office and wanted to share my experience. Upon arriving, I noticed that the office was quite cold, which made my time there a bit uncomfortable.
Although I was the first client of the day, the office was running about 20 minutes behind schedule, which was disappointing. During my visit, I felt that some of my concerns were acknowledged, but I also felt that I wasn’t fully listened to in terms of my treatment options. While I appreciate that the staff addressed some of my questions, I didn't feel like I had a clear choice in my treatment plan, which left me feeling a bit overwhelmed. Overall, while there were parts of my visit that I appreciated, I think there is room for improvement in terms of wait times and ensuring that patients feel fully involved in their treatment decisions.
