We've been coming to Bright Now Dental for years. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Even after we moved out of the area, we still make the drive to come back, because the service and quality of care is so good. Highly recommend!

I had such a good experience with my surgeon, the dental assistant was so sweet and reassuring honestly my procedure was a 10/10. What was not a 10/10 was the treatment received from the front desk staff. When I called day of my surgery just to double check I had all my pre surgical procedures in place and when I asked this on the phone her response was “didn’t I tell you yesterday” Second was when I was being wheeled out half conscious, I’d never been put under for anything before this.

I was crying when I woke up because I didn’t know what was happening and one of these women proceeded to say “you can’t cry we have other people waiting” I should’ve just started scream crying in her face for that part. Third. I call in today because I think I may have dislodged something and it’s quite scary, the after procedure paper at the bottom says to call during business hours instead of emailing in order to get a faster response, I call only for her to say “did you even read the paper we gave you, at the bottom it gives an email just send an email.

” I’m sorry but if the 3 of you dislike your job so much you need to make it everyone else’s problem you should find a different career choice, you are the face of your company, the first interaction, and you have put the worst stain on the front of Bright Now! Dental. Other than that I would come for the surgeons and prices, just avoid the front desk.

This is one of the best dental practices I’ve ever had. Every single person is warm, welcoming and professional. I also got a great tip on flossing with a knot in the middle for difficult food capture points.

I've spent quite a bit of time with this office, they are very nice to be around, going to the dentist is far from my 1st place to go, but these people are so kind, helpful, and make going there a positive experience 😀. Dr Kim is so informative and compassionate, which I need to go here. I've never had any uncomfortable moments here. If I have to go ,this is the place to go.
