Horrible practice. I had to get an emergency root canal months ago and with one of the numbing injections I think she hit a vein or nerve because it hurt bad enough to cause me to cry. The Dr. did not ask if I was okay or anything like that. The actual process was fine but that night my lip swelled up where she injected me and hurt for days. I have a severe phobia of needles, which they were nice enough about, but it caused me to refuse the final numbing shot after my root canal.

Obviously I was in pain and crying and the nurse kept pressuring me to leave a 5 star review. DO NOT trust all these 5 stars. They bribe you with entering a raffle for a TV if you give them 5 stars while watching you. They even had the TV in the lobby which is disgustingly shady. Why would it be okay to bribe patients for a good review? It feels illegal. I was obviously on the verge of tears after my root canal and she kept pushing me until I just cried that I wanted to go home.

They don't care about their patients, only money and getting good reviews. Before you say "oh we don't see you as a patient" it is because I don't have my legal name online. Go literally anywhere else. This practice is a shady nightmare. Save yourself the pain and money.

Dr. Dallas and Dr. Marina were excellent! I was there for an unexpected appointment for my boyfriend on a Sunday and got my teeth cleaned as well.

The experience was wonderful and they were both incredibly professional! The man at the front desk that helped me do my appointment was also marvelous and knowledgeable about the procedures and finances. I would highly recommend this location for your dentistry needs!

I was a long-time patient at Bright Smiles, spending over $10,000 on dental work including braces, a crown, and multiple fillings. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced that their priority is business and profit — not patient care. At one point, they convinced me to get seven fillings between my teeth, which I later found out were likely unnecessary. This has left me feeling scammed and deeply concerned about the long-term impact on my dental health. The quality of the work was also subpar.

During my braces process, they shaved down a tooth assuming I would be purchasing a veneer afterward — a procedure that was not only poorly done but also felt extremely presumptive and careless. Most recently, I called to get my retainers replaced. While I appreciated that someone answered the phone on a Sunday and offered to fit me in the next day, I was shocked when they quoted me $1,000. When I questioned it, the price dropped to $700 — which immediately raised concerns about transparency. I called another orthodontist down the street and was quoted $400 for a much better product using modern laser scanning instead of putty molds.

I’ve had several family members go here and they’ve experienced similar issues. After years of trusting this office, I can honestly say I no longer do — and I strongly advise others to find a dentist who truly puts their patients first.
