I enjoy the people in the office. Check in is rediculous. Walk in tell the lady, she says “I’ve got you, “ and later the lady who is my tech (?) calls me, and she gets everything ready to roll, and always keeping some small talk going. She is fantastic at putting her patients at ease, because everybody is afraid if the dentist (me anyway).

The doctor is pleasant, with an assuring demeanor, but all business in a manner that her patient is assured that she knows what she is doing. I know I have no business with them, but I’d like to have a pair of her glasses to use in my hobby. In all, you have a very professional office, but it is not so overbearing as to present a pleasant experience.

I’ve always been nervous about dentists and insecure about my teeth. The staff here was very helpful and nice, and totally understanding of my anxiety.

It turns out I had anxiety for no reason because my visit went great! From the process of X-rays to initially examining my teeth and creating a care plan to the financing process to help cover the cost of the work, I was so pleased. Highly recommend and I look forward to getting my dental care needs met here!

I just found my top 1 dentist in Raleigh area! Bright Smiles is an awesome dentist office. The staff is friendly and courteous. But is not only this! Mandy was the dental hygienist that helped me today and she did a very thorough cleaning on my teeth.

Doctor Rouhani was extremely courteous and honesty about what was needed for treatments on my teeth. I just wish this practice much success and growth. Places like these need to be recognized! Thank you for caring for your patients!
