I used to go here but stopped because of the constant “selling” from the dentists. My wife continues to go but my main frustration is with their billing. I changed employers and was never without dental insurance. I provided them my new plan to which my wife is on. She went in for a cleaning and they billed us saying we didn’t have insurance. I called and provided them the updated number (which they had before the appointment) and they said no problem.

Every month for 6 months now I get a bill from them. Every month I call, provide the insurance information and their billing department thanks me and tells me everything is now in order. The following month, I get another bill… I’ve lost countless hours dealing with them. They are a DSO as opposed to a local practice and I’ve switched to someone who doesn’t “sell” me, delivers quality care* and can bill insurance accordingly. I do not recommend this DSO. *Hygienists here were/are fantastic

0 stars if I could. Stay far, far away! Got referred here for my wisdom teeth removal. The surgeon was great but was a travelling surgeon so not linked to the office. Called 4 times to confirm the cost, and never got called back. Last time I called, I was informed that the cost would be $425.

This was important information. I also confirmed that I would pay before the procedure, to which I was told „of course we don‘t do anything without you paying“. I ended up being made to pay Post procedure, and the cost was $900. I then later received notice I was expected to pay even more! I asked them where the confusion came from and they said they would get back to me but started ignoring my emails instead. Do not go here!

I was scheduled for a routine cleaning with Brighter Dental. I absolutely dread having this done because my teeth are so sensitive. Ms. Mary Reilly was my hygienist and I explained the issue to her. She was so understanding and gentle.

I actually was able to relax during my cleaning which I would not have believed possible. Ms. Reilly is the best hygienist I've had. I definitely recommend her and will be back with her for my 6 month cleaning.

I absolutely love this place! Growing up I always had a fear with the dentist 🦷 because of bad experiences but this place has completely changed that. I’ve been going here since 2015 and I continue to come here. I actually get super excited to come here regardless what I need done. The staff is incredibly sweet, they always remember you and ask how your family is doing.

If you have any questions about anything they are always right there to answer them. The dentist and orthodontist is so sweet I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I always tell my friends to come here because of how great this place is.
