Yesterday I was flossing my mouth and after doing this I was experiencing extreme pain where I flossing. I look at the website and it said they are open til 7 pm. It was around 6:15 I called and got their answering service. I said I thought they'd be there til 7. I left a message for somieone to call me because I was really in bad pain and wanted to know what is going on with my mouth.

So far I have not been contacted by anyone from the office. Luckily my pain has subsided, but still seems soar. At least I should get a call about this because it could become infected. If I still feel some pain guess I'll go to an urgent care facility.

Rude and inconsiderate every time. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells every time I speak to someone. At one visit the doctor submitted a claim for a cleaning and never gave me the actual cleaning. With insurance you only get a cleaning every so often so I was screwed.

I called politely to get information about dental work and I heard the receptionist say “I don’t want to deal with her right now” lol I politely responded and said. “You don’t have to deal with me” She said she was talking about her supervisor and not me lol how coincidental lol. After multiple times of telling the medical assistants of what dental work I wanted specifically, they still submitted the claim incorrectly! Once my dental request are completed I will be finding a new dental office for 2025.

If you get a chance to actually see the dentist he's a really nice down to earth guy. Explains everything in detail and doesn't rush if you have a issues with going to the dentist as I do. I had work down with them 4 years ago and have been trying g to get them on the phone for the past year and all I get are limitless rings or a quick answer and "blah blah dental hold on" and they never come back Like I said IF you actually get to see him or get someone on the phone or get someone who puts you on hold to come back and take your call or if they decide to answer their phones after ringing 50 times and not getting a voicemail.

It's like they don't want to deal with anyone on a day to day basis which is odd for a company who has people's well being in their hands. Front office is a joke and it's been going on for a while so I guess whoever runs the dentistry approves 👍

Terrible experience this morning will not be coming here again. Very rude, very impolite, and no care whatsoever for the patient. Currently going to urgent care because I was flat out told they would not help with my dental emergency.
