Insurance company referred me here my experience is horrible and the “dentist” is very inappropriate, never seen a “professional” so overly personal. Besides the extreme length of time I was there he told me to call back if I have issues with my tooth as he had referred me to an oral surgeon to have it removed few days later I was experiencing pains I called back they said they would have the dentist send over something, called back the following day I heard he’s off until after the weekend Sunday night I had the toughest night I called back Monday when someone finally picked up I was told I’d have to come back in order for him to send the pharmacy anything I told them I was just there 5 days again and I was instructed to call If needs be which I did and when I did I wasn’t told to come in now another person wants me to come it’s too much miscommunication the office isn’t hygienic and the dentist makes me uncomfortable.
I hate it there; i was really hoping it’d work because of the location was so convenient.

Worst experience of my life. I have never had an issue with my teeth but I injured a tooth when I fainted in July and have gone back over 5 times to have a root canal, crown etc. They lost my impression, had me sitting in the chair for two hours while they looked, then created a new one, cracked it and then had to do another impression.
The doctor told me I shouldn’t have pain even though my tooth was still throbbing. I left crying missing part of a tooth!

Loved my experience at Bright Water Dental. I was scarred from a previous experience at another dentists office who was so reckless with my cleaning. I was so nervous coming in thinking I would have the same experience here but I was happily surprised! Painless cleaning and lovely staff. Thank you!

Office is clean and beautiful. Booking appointments is very easy and they even have some late nights. Dr.Attalla really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain things to u. I just got some fillings done there and i am someone who hates the dentist but his work was painless and quick . Would recommend to a friend/family.
