Having had a negative experience with a previous root canal at a different dentist, I went into the experience anxious and terrified. I went to Dr. Reid after finding him in-network with my insurance and prayed it would be better than my prior one. Wow! I could not be more pleased with how it went! The hour long drive to get there was MORE than worth the experience I had! Dr. Reid is kind and friendly.
Root canals are notorious for being painful, however this felt no different than a filling. It took 2 appointments and after the second I couldn’t believe how fast it was! I literally ended saying “wait. . that’s it?!” I was out of there in less than an hour with no pain whatsoever and a completely fixed tooth! The office staff was very friendly and the office itself is very clean! I can’t say enough good things about my experience, he is clearly an expert and I would recommend him to anyone! No one ever wants a root canal, but if you ever need one, Dr. Reid really is the best!

Dr. Reid is very skilled in his profession. The level of care he has given me has been a blessing. I read all of the phenomenal reviews on him and decided to make my appointment for several root canals that were long overdue. His services did not disappoint. Dr.
Reid takes great pride in his work, and he talks you through every detail while working on your teeth. Your comfortability is his priority. What a bonus when he also has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you for taking care of me! Dr. Reid.

Brought my son for a root canal ( 12 years old ) and brought my 2 year old daughter with. She was fine and just walking around waiting room , the doctor made such a scene! He ended up being so worried about WHAT my 2 year old was doing, that he told my so to get out of the chair ?! He was all set up for the root canal and the doctor told him to “get up and go out with your mother!” Long story, we never got the root canal ( which we had to wait weeks to even get ) and this delays work on the next step for his braces 😬 I would tell anyone to not waste their time and just find a new doctor.
Do not wait the weeks to see someone with the worst personality trait towards kids ? Yet, he is working on many patients that ARE children! Never again!
